• Canandaigua boiler project - Serviam is the prime contractor for the phased replacement of the campus boiler plant at Canandaigua VA Medical Center. The work includes mobilization and staging, demolition of existing boilers, installation and commissioning of a new boiler plant, new gas lines, relocation of an existing generator, subsequent removal of remaining boilers, and renovation of the original boiler plant and fuel bunker. Phasing is designed to maintain continuous healthcare-facility operations; the updated contract value is $21,627,110 with estimated completion in December 2026.

• Renovate B36 Canandaigua - The project is a complete interior renovation of a portion of the Building 36 first-floor interior, including minor room reconfiguration, finish replacement and mechanical systems.  The project also includes a site component to add parking.   Once renovated the building will serve as a swing space, with the VA police as the first occupant.  Contractor is to provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, to complete the project as identified on the detailed contract documents. In addition to the work identified on the building renovation project documents, the project includes replacement of a security server, as detailed in separate specifications.
